ROUTINE INSPECTION
Per label food was removed from main commissary.
Slip for delivery observed to be missing time for TPHC. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] Operator retro actively added time to slip. Per operator he picked up food from warmers at main kitchen at 11:00AM and removed from cambros warmers at 11:50AM. Lunch service lasts from 12:00PM - 12:20PM. Per operator, all food is removed from service and discarded at 12:30PM.
Vending machine observed in facility dispensing prepackaged PHFs, including hard boiled eggs, milk, and cream cheese. PHFs measured to be 41F and below. Facility has not submitted to add equipment or for permit for vending machine. Facility shall submit for plans and application for vending machine by 10/30/2025.
Forks observed to be stored in box facing different directions. [CA] Store self service utensils in a way such that customers are only able to grab handle.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Pre-packaged phf is from Wilcox HS and is delivered to Mission Early College HS between 11:30am and 1145am. PHF is subject to TPHC and discarded at 4hrs.
Repeat violation: Vending machine observed to be stocked with PHF. Vending machine does not have an active permit.
