ROUTINE INSPECTION

Due to no hot running water facility is closed. Facility order a part for their hot water heater. Once water heater is fixed and facility has hot running water Call 408-918-3475 to schedule an appointment for a reopening inspection. **Subsequent follow-up inspection after first follow up shall be billed $298/hr during business hours and $645 (minimum of 2 hours) during nonbusiness hours upon availability. **

    Ice cream scoop dipperwell faucet was not on and scoop were in a dirty water. Per PIc, they change water every one hour. [CA]If not have ice cream scoop under running water to drain food particles than change water when it is dirty. Water can be kept at 41F or below and 135F and above to prevent bacterial growth.
