[COS] Sliced cooked pork placed on the stove top to be reheated to 165 F.

The permit category for this facility is FP10 An invoice for the permit fee in the amount of $1,107.00 will be mailed to the billing address on the application. Payment must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. The owner is responsible for contacting our department if an invoice is not received and remit payment within 30 days. Facility is closed by this office due to no hot and cold water supply. Facility will remain closed at this time and will not reopen until a follow up inspection is conducted. Facility is to cease and desist all food sales and operations. The posted placard is property of the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health and shall not be removed, covered-up, relocated, tampered, or copied. Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions per County Ordinance Code Section B11-55. Contact this office when water service is resumed and hot and cold water available.

Water temperature measured at 112F at the time of inspection. Facility is re-opened by this office today. OK to operate. Continue to correct violations dated on 12/05/2024 report.
