PIC stated these were only used temporarily for 4th of July and will be removed. ***No open foods are allowed due to lack of handsink and 3-compartment sink. Remove equipment from facility, or submit plans for approval.*** Per operators and records, facility used to have a 3-compartment sink. However, PIC stated the 3-compartment sink was removed in September 2024. Facility must consult this Agency's Plan Check department before removal of any sinks/major equipment. Facility only has prepackaged foods and does not work with open foods. Inspector will conduct file review to determine if facility needs to re-install sinks.
