Store utensils inside containers of hot held PHFs to clean and sanitize utensils once a day unless soiled.
[COS] Scoops were moved to 3-comp sink and new scoops/tongs were placed inside containers of PHFs. PHFs were measured to be above 135F (see measured observations).
