Milk and creamer held at the coffee station subject to TPHC without time markings (measured above 41 F). Sliced meats, eggs and cheese displayed at the breakfast buffet line subject to TPHC without time markings. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] Observed items discarded at the end of the breakfast service (four hours).

The dump sink at the bar has a missing faucet head. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

Observed the faucet at the left side of the three compartment sink to be missing. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

Measured cheese at 46 F and meat balls at 45 F to 48 F within the lower section of the four drawer preparation refrigerator. Chef stated that the items were produced the day before. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Cheese and meatballs were discarded at the time of inspection.
