    All hand wash stations within the kitchen area have issues at the time of inspection. 1. Hand wash next to dish washer was blocked. [CA] Hand washing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. [COS] Items were moved away from the hand wash station. 2. Hand wash station next to drive through is missing paper towels inside of dispenser. [CA] Hand wash stations must be fully stocked at all times. [COS] PIC added more paper towels into dispenser.

    Metal knives were being stored in between metal table and prep table at the time of inspection. [CA] Discontinue this practice and place them either on a knife holder or magnet strip. [COS] PIC moved the knives to the dish washer to be sanitized properly.

    Sheet metal with buns is noted on top of garbage can at the time of inspection. [CA] Place sheet metal with food somewhere else and not on top of garbage can. Discontinue this practice.

    PHFs within reach in were measured at 45*F at the time of inspection. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. Recommend having the unit serviced by a contractor.

Per PIC, the soap dispenser got damaged recently and are trying to install a new one [CA] Provide hand washing cleanser in dispenser at hand wash stations at all times. [SA] Facility has an additional hand wash station within the prep area that is being used to wash hands.
