Found warewash sink located in storage room currently inoperable. Observed goose neck faucet disconnected. Per operator, a work order was placed. [CA] Reinstall goose neck faucet. Ensure warewash sink has cold/hot water. [SA] Operator directed to conduct all warewashing at another building nearby.

Measured water temperature holding at 112F at hand wash station located in storage room. Hand wash station has a knee peddle to activate water. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of warm water to be held between 100F - 108F.
