Food Safety Certificate is not available. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.

There appears to be a leak coming from ceiling in room with office and lockers. No leak currently observed however there is a bucket and a missing ceiling panel [CA] Repair any leaks, may need to properly replace a seal. Replace ceiling panel to fully enclose the facility.

Hot water peaked at 112F [CA] - Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. PIC has been working with facilities to get water heater turned up.

No food safety manager certificate on site. [CA] -At least one person shall maintain a valid food safety manager certificate.
