2. In the kitchen area, on the prep table, two bags of rice noodles that state "perishable, keep refrigerated" were measured at 90F at around 2:30 pm. Per staff, they were delivered at around 9 am.
3. In the kitchen area, at the right prep cooler, beef was stored over the fill line and measured above 55F. Per staff, it had been there since yesterday.

The outdoor enclosed refuse space is not maintained clean. The dumpster is stored outside of the enclosure and is overflowing with refuse.
