    Five-year Food Safety Certified (FSC) manager certificate unavailable for review. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times. ** Repeat violation

  • K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean

    Heavy build up of grime and food debris observed on floors throughout the facility. Observed accumulation of grease on wall next to the ventless fryer. [CA] Walls and/or floors in food preparation area shall be kept clean.

  • K36: Equipment, utensils, linens: Proper storage and use

    Observed food being cooled in an ice bath placed inside the three-compartment sink. [CA] Utilize sinks for their designated purpose. All food preparation shall be conducted only at the food preparation sink.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    Observed paper towels maintained outside of dispensers at the hand wash sink at the front service area as well as inside the restroom. [CA] Paper towels shall be stored inside the dispenser to prevent potential contamination.

    Observed heavily soiled cardboard used to line the bottom of the preparation table where the ventless fryer is maintained. [CA] Discontinue the use of cardboard boxes to line shelves/flooring, use approved equipment made of materials that is easily cleanable, durable, smooth, and nonabsorbent. Observed plastic jars being reused to store other food items; frozen fruits, shelled eggs, etc. [CA] Food containers intended for single use shall not be reused.
