Note: Specialist tested pizza sauce using pH test strips and pH level showed below 4.6. Facility shall comply if California Department of Public Health requires facility to obtain a variance or approval to deep pizza sauce as a non-potentially hazardous food.

Fly observed at back ware-wash area. [CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin.

PIC stated there are about 4-5 employees but not food handler training certificates were provided during inspection. [CA]: Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.
