    Employee was washing chicken in the warewash sink. [CA] Food shall be washed in the food prep sink and warewash sink is only for washing dishes. Clean and sanitize the 3-comp sink after washing chicken.

  • K36: Equipment, utensils, linens: Proper storage and use

    Utensils were hanging on the right side of the hand washing sink. [CA] Rearrange the utensil storage area to prevent dirty water splashing on utensils. [COS] PIC took down all the utensil for washing and rearranging.

    Hot running water in at the handwashing sink in the restroom was 83F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F - 108F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
