ROUTINE INSPECTION
Per PIC, facility receives non-prepackaged foods from cafeteria. Foods are transferred in hot holding/cooler unit from cafeteria and kept in temperature control at the snack bar. An employee is stationed to serve food in this area. Foods are available for self-service starting at 11:30 AM and are finished or discarded by 2:00 PM. (All food was already discarded by time of inspection.) Facility has existing storage area with handwash sink. Permit category to be changed upon review. This report was written at the end of the site inspections and signed by the PIC. The PIC must ensure each food facility received a copy of the OIR.
