The health permit was not posted. [CA] The health permit issued by this department shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility.

Dirty mop bucket was left in a warewash area. [CA] After use mop water shall be drained, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.

Hand washing sink was partially blocked with garbage bins. [CA] Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times.

Food cartons and containers on floor inside the walk in cooler and freezer. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination. [SA] Obtain more shelving to keep food of floor.

Open bags of flour and containers in the dry storage room. [CA] Keep containers and bags close to prevent cross contamination. Dirty container and utensil inside the food prep sink. [CA] Dirty utensil shall immediately taken to the warewash sink. Food prep sink is only for washing food. Ice scoop handle was touching the ice. [CA] Store ice scoop in a way that it will not touch ice.
