Milk measured to be 42.7F in left coffee dairy dispenser. [CA] Maintain open milk at 41F and below. [COS] Milk was decanted into dispenser from grab n go cooler within the last 2.5 hours and operator will recheck machine in one hour. Operator shall discard milk if temperature remains above 41 and keep milk dispenser on TPHC and have milk discarded after every 4 hours until unit can maintain 41F and below.
