Observed toilet tissue rolls stored on top of the dispenser and on top of the toilet tank. [CA] Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet.

In the restroom and the back storage area, observed paper towels area stored outside of the paper towel dispenser. [CA] Ensure paper towels are provided from a dispenser to allow for proper handwashing.

In the back storage area, observed boxes and bags of dried herbs and ingredients stored directly on the floor. [CA] Ensure all food is stored at least 6" off the floor on approved shelving.

In the display/retail floor, observed open dry herbs and ingredients stored without lids or protection from consumers. [CA] Food on display shall be protected from contamination by the use of packaging, counter, service line, or sneeze guards that intercept a direct line between the consumer's mouth and the food being displayed, containers with tight-fitting securely attached lids, display cases, mechanical dispensers, or other effective means.
