FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Reinspection for inspection conducted on 10/29/2024. Per owner, contacted pest control service and pest control stated no treatment is needed as strong pesticide was used initially. Another treatment could be done in 30 days. Owner will continue having pest control service montly. No sign of active cockroach activity at the time of inspection. 2 dead cockroaches found in the side motor area in keg counter fridge. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroaches. Continue to correct violations dated on 10/29/2024 report.

Warewash not set up at the time of inspection. Quat tablet is available. A follow up inspection will be conducted. The first follow-up inspection is free of charge. Subsequent follow up inspections after first follow up shall be billed $298/hr during business hours; $645/hr during non business hours (after 4:30pm Monday through Friday, county holidays and weekends) upon availability. Reviewed pest control report. Last service was on 10/26/2024. No monitor traps observed in facility. [CA] The premises of each food facility shall be kept free of vermin. A food facility shall not operate when there is a vermin infestation that has resulted in the contamination of food contact surfaces, food packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food(s). [COS] Owner killed the live cockroaches and cleaned the dead cockroaches on the floor. Per owner, pest control will conduct another service on Friday. A follow up inspection will be conducted to verify compliance.
