    The placard was posted in a square insert on the wall behind several bottles of alcohol and not in a plastic sleeve. [CA] The placard shall be posted and clearly visible to the general public and patrons entering the food establishment.

    Facility has installed two new dump sinks, a new hand washing sink, two wells, a new three compartment sink and an integrated glassware sprayer onto one of the hand sinks without going through plan check. Per PIC they had them installed about a month ago. [CA] A person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to starting any new construction or remodeling.
