Lack of handwash soap at the handwash sink at the front area and in one of the restrooms. Per PIC, handwashing soap refills will be delivered today. [Corrective Action] Ensure handwashing soap is available at all times. [Suitable Alternative] Ensure all employees properly wash hands at the handwashing sink with fully stocked soap and paper towels next to the 3 compartment sink.
