This was a follow-up to the 8/5/25 routine inspection. The major violations were observed to be in compliance as follows: 1. Both kitchen handsinks were stocked with soap and paper towels. 2. Measured hot water at 3-compartment sink to be 120F. The yellow placard was replaced with a green placard.
FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
This was a follow-up to the 8/5/25 routine inspection. The major violations were observed to be in compliance as follows: 1. Both kitchen handsinks were stocked with soap and paper towels. 2. Measured hot water at 3-compartment sink to be 120F. The yellow placard was replaced with a green placard.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow up inspection will be conducted to assess the major violations listed above. The first follow-up is free of charge. Any additional follow-up inspection(s) shall each be billed $298/hr during business hours. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action. Please call Mindy Nguyen at (408) 918-3490 if there are any changes or updates. PIC Renee stated she had reached out to CDPH to inquire about obtaining a PFR, but they never responded. Inspector will follow up. Please forward all emails sent to CPDH to mindy.nguyen@deh.sccgov.org. Due to technical difficulties, report was emailed to facility during inspection.
Hot water at the 3-compartment sink measured 90F. [CA] Provide hot water (120F) at the 3-compartment sink. [SA] Operator adjusted the water heater and the 3-compartment sink's hot water was re-measured to be 105F. ________ Minor violation: Warm/hot water at the kitchen handsinks and prep sink measured 79F. [CA] Provide warm water (100F) at handsinks and hot water (120F) at prep sink.
Observed the soap dispenser was empty at the handsink closer to the front entrance. [CA] Keep soap dispenser filled at all times. [COS] The soap dispenser was refilled.
