Second Floor - Bar/warewash/storage area (Sandbar)
In the bar area, on the left side of the bar, underneath the counter/shelving, observed rodent droppings on the floor. Observed an open portion of the wall in the area below the counter/shelving that may be allowing entrance for vermin. [CA] Ensure facility is kept free of vermin. Clean and sanitize all areas with activity. Seal all open holes, gaps, cracks, and crevices to prevent possible entrance for and harborage of vermin. Contact pest control to provide service for facility as necessary.
