    Observed several bottles of "Ortho Indoor Insect Barrier" insecticide at the back storage area. [corrective action] Do not use insecticides that are meant for home use in this facility. Provide insecticides approved for commercial use or obtain pest control service from a licensed exterminator.

    Observed several soiled wiping cloths placed on work surfaces in this facility. [corrective action] Store wiping cloths in a bucket with sanitizing solution in between uses. [correction] Bucket with sanitizing solution was prepared with the employee.

FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

This was a follow-up to the 12/31/24 routine inspection. 1) Observed the glass door refrigerator was not in use (a sign was posted on the door saying "do not use"). 2) Observed boba was properly time-marked. Observed some items in the prep unit were measuring at 49F. Employee reduced unit's temperature during inspection. Ensure the unit is able to keep foods at 41F and below even during busy times. Placard changed from yellow to green.
