REPEAT VIOLATION: TPHC rather than temperature control is used for lunch. However, no marker for beginning and end time was provided [CA] Provide a label indicating the time food is no longer under temperature control and the end time 4 hours later. Follow up inspection is scheduled for 8/23/24. If again no time marker is observed, all food in violation of temperature requirement will be discarded. NOTE: There is no charge for this follow up inspection. However, additional follow up inspections due to lack of compliance will be charged at $290.00 per inspection.
