Noted the facility address has changed per business license from 18764 Cox Av, Saratoga, CA 95070 to 18800 Cox Ave #80, Saratoga, CA 95070. Reviewed approved plan check for equipment replaced dated 08/05/2024 using the address 18764 Cox Av, Saratoga, CA 95070. Further information may be required to change the facility address. Also noted an active permit for 18798 Cox Av, Saratoga, CA 95070. Further review necessary to close out permit if no longer active.

- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
Observed wooden boards stored on the floor covering an open area of the floor. Per operator, plumbing is undergoing repair/maintenance. Per operator, the repairs for plumbing require installation of a vapor barrier which should be completed within a week. [CA] Ensure floors are sealed with the previously approved flooring material. Floors shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. No construction within the facility shall occur during operating hours.

In the back storage/warewash area, at the 3 compartment sink, measured hot water at 116F. Observed small temporary hot water heaters installed at the 3 compartment sink and handwash sink. Per operator, hot water heater has completed repairs and needs to be reattached to the plumbing lines for the sinks in the facility. Per operator water heater to be addressed within a week. [CA] Ensure hot water provided at 120F at all 3 compartment sinks, and mop sinks. All warewashing that occurs in the 3 compartment sink shall undergo an additional cleaning and sanitizing in the warewash machine where hot water rinse was measured above 160F.
