1. The only handwash sink lacked paper towels available. 2. The soap dispenser was empty. A pump bottle of soap was available. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. [COS] Paper towels were restocked.

Facility did not have TPHC written procedures available onsite. [CA] Provide written procedures and time marking for PHFs utilizing time as a public health control (TPHC). [COS] TPHC written procedures were provided.

Facility lacks testing materials for their high temperature dishwasher washer.
