This is a follow up inspection to verify compliance with major violations. Observations: K06: All hand washing stations were fully stocked and unobstructed. K07: All PHFs were in appropriate time/temperature relationships. Observed PHFs time marked for TPHC. K14: Chlorine solution at the ware wash sink was measured above 100 ppm. Solution as adjusted to measure at 100 ppm. Continue to correct any and all pending violations.

[CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.

[CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds. [COS] Wares were sanitized at time of the inspection.
