Business card was provided to Uma. Facility's is operating without a valid health permit since 08/31/2024. Facility has overdue permit fees. A food facility is required to have a valid health permit for operation. Health permit fees shall be paid to maintain a valid health permit.
No hot water at only handwash sink. Measured water at 65 maximum. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
Accumulation of pink mold-like substance on inner panel of ice machine. [CA] Clean and sanitize interior of ice machine regularly.
