Follow-up inspection for closure due to lack of hot water. The following violations were corrected: K06M - Inadequate handwash stations - Observed warm water, hand soap and paper towels provided at the handwash stations. K21M - Adequate supply of hot water - Measured hot water at 100F at the handwash stations. - Measured hot water at 120F at the prep sink, 3 compartment sink, and mop sinks. - Continue to maintain an adequate supply of hot water at least 120F. K09 - Improper cooling - No improper cooling occurring during time of inspection; facility was closed.
