    Observed a couple of flies in the food preparation area. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be maintained free of vermin.

    Observed lack of paper towels in the employee restroom (in the neighboring laundromat under same ownership). [CA] Handwash stations shall be fully stocked and accessible at all times. [COS] PIC restocked the dispenser with paper towels during inspection.

    Observed the front door to the facility and to the connected laundromat are propped open. [CA] Doors to the facility shall be kept closed. The facility shall be fully enclosed to prevent pest entrance and harborage.

    In the restroom, measured the maximum water temperature at the handwash sink at 95F. [CA] Water shall be provided at handwash stations from 100-108F.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

-Monthly pest control service is required -Sandwiches shall be kept in a hot holding at minimum 135F. -Stoppers needed for the 3-compartment sink. -Sanitizer test strips to check accurate sanitizing levels. -Obtain monitoring and probe thermometer. -Get rid of wood mat under the ice machine. -Close switch panel opening in the wall. -Obtain Food safety certification and Food handler card in 30n days.

    Sandwiches were kept at room temp. They were brought over at 10:30am from their other location. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. If like to keep at room temp it must be TPHC. Time marking shall be available and food must be discarded after 4 hours. OR using a hot holding unit to food at 135F minimum.

    Equipments lack thermometers. [CA] A thermometer +/- 2°F shall be provided and correctly located in each hot and cold holding unit containing potentially hazardous foods. Lack probe thermometer. [CA] An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer (accurate to +/- 2°F) that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily available to accurately measure the temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.

    Facility lack sanitizer. [CA] Manual warewashing shall be accomplished by using a three-compartment sink where the utensils are first precleaned, washed with hot soapy water, rinsed with hot water, sanitized with an approved method, and air dried. Use 1 TBS of bleach (5.25%) per 1 gal. of water for chlorine solution (100 PPM). Use 1 tbs of quaternary ammonium (10%) per 2 gal. of water for quaternary ammonium (200 PPM). [COS] PIC was send out to buy chlorine. Facility lack stopper for the 3-compartmenr sink for sanitizing. [CA] Obtain a stopper to stop water in the 3-comp sink. Lack test strips. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.

    Mop inside the dirty water bucket. [CA] Always drain dirty water and hang mop for quick drying. Open switch panel in the wall. [CA] Eliminate gap greater than 1/4" to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin. Lack rack for hanging mop. [CA]Rack needed to hang mop.
