ROUTINE INSPECTION
* Per PIC, owners have a second location in Santa Clara County. Ensure there is a designated person with a Food Safety Manager Certificate per each individual facility. (The same Food Safety Manager Certificate cannot be used for more than one location.) * Facility has a domestic air-fryer which was previously used to reheat banh mi and frozen chicken. Per PIC, facility no longer serves any foods with the air-fryer. Facility does not have a dedicated ventilation hood and is restricted from using unapproved cooking equipment without ventilation.

Observed a couple of flies in the food preparation area. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be maintained free of vermin.

Observed lack of paper towels in the employee restroom (in the neighboring laundromat under same ownership). [CA] Handwash stations shall be fully stocked and accessible at all times. [COS] PIC restocked the dispenser with paper towels during inspection.

Observed the front door to the facility and to the connected laundromat are propped open. [CA] Doors to the facility shall be kept closed. The facility shall be fully enclosed to prevent pest entrance and harborage.

In the restroom, measured the maximum water temperature at the handwash sink at 95F. [CA] Water shall be provided at handwash stations from 100-108F.
