    Four sliding door refrigeration with sandwiches, salads, cut fruits, sushi, etc. is at 45F. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] Per PIC, food was stocked only one hour ago. Food can stay out of temperature for only 4 hours. PIC should be rechecking the temperature for the 4 door unit in 2 to 3 hours and email at hina.wyne@deh.sccgov.org.
