[CA] Ensure scoops used for food in dry storage containers are stored with the handle facing away from the food, or in a container outside of the dry storage containers. In the back storage/kitchen area, observed a knife stored between the back edge of the prep table and the wall. [CA] Ensure knives are stored in a manner that prevents contamination (such as in a container or on a knife rack).
