    1. One of the restroom handwash lavatories in the women's restroom lacks hot water. 2. Repeat Violation: The dedicated handwash sink lacks hot water. The faucet is motion sensored and is malfunctioning. Note: Staff are washing their hands in the dedicated dump sink. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.

    Quaternary ammonia sanitizer solution measured at 0 PPM in the three compartment sink. ROUTINE INSPECTION

1. Facility is permitted as a FP21. This permit category is restricted to K-12 educational institutions. A permit category change to FP15 will be required. 2. A follow up inspection shall be conducted to verify compliance with Violation K21. Contact District Specialist when the hot water supply has been restored to the hand washing station. The first follow up inspection is free of charge. Any and all subsequent follow up inspections are subject to be charged at the approved hourly rate of $298.00/hr, minimum of one hour, during normal business hours.
