    Observed bleach stored in a spray bottle labeled Windex. [CA] The bottles of toxic liquids must be properly labeled.

  • K30: Food storage: food storage containers identified

    Observed the bulk food bins to have bowls and cups in them. [CA] Discontinue using the bowls and cups. you may use scoops with handles. Store them with the handles not touching the food inside.

  • K01: Demonstration of knowledge; food safety certification

    No employee had a food safety certificate available. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.

    There are not any sanitizer test strips. [CA] Provide and use the sanitizer test strips to be sure the chlorine level is at 100ppm in the dish sink. The white test strip checks the chlorine concentration. Be sure it is at 100ppm chlorine. the orange test strip checks the quat. It must be at 200ppm.
