Hot water within the facility was measured at 90*F at the time of inspection. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks (100*F). Adjust water heater properly. [SA] Facility only sells prepackaged goods and no food prep occurs within facility.

On site to verify that no major changes have taken place since final inspection (11/05/2024). - No new modifications have been made since final inspection. All equipment on site is per plans submitted into this department.
One of three urinal within the mens restroom is damaged at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they are waiting for parts to install new urinal. [CA] Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean and in good repair.
