ROUTINE INSPECTION
Once the health permit issued by this department received it shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility.
Lack metal probe thermometer. [CA] An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer (accurate to +/- 2°F) that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily available to accurately measure the temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.
Lack single use paper towel dispenser for the restroom hand washing station. [CA] Properly wash hands with soap, warm water and dry using single use paper towels as required.
Hot running water in the kitchen was 114F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Hot running water for the restroom hand washing station was 60F. [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
