ROUTINE INSPECTION
Measured hot water at mop sink to be 104F and warm water at restroom handsink to be 85F. [CA] Provide hot water (120F) at the mop sink and warm water (100F) at the handsink. Note: If the temperature of water provided to a handwashing sink is not readily adjustable at the faucet, the temperature of the water shall be at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
First routine inspection for new facility (Canteen only). Observed Lowe's store (beyond the permitted Canteen area) appears to have more than 25 sq feet of prepackaged foods (snacks, bottled beverages) near the front/customer checkout areas. Upon file review, facility may have to apply for an Environmental Health permit for the store and pay any applicable permit/penalty fees. Inspector will follow up with facility.
