The refrigerator for the sushi area does not work. The front portion where the sushi is displayed is working properly. This unit should be repaired or replaced with a proper working unit.
There is not a food safety certificate available upon request. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.
The raw fish is stored above the containers of premade drinks in the walk in cooler. [CA] Store all raw below all other foods.
