The ceiling panel above the water heater observed left slightly open. [Corrective Action] Ensure ceiling panel is completely closed.

Lack of paper towels at the handwash sink in the restrooms. [Corrective Action] Ensure paper towels are always available to properly dry hands. [Corrected on Site] Paper towel dispenser refilled.

1. Maximum hot water at the 3 compartment sink was measured at 106 degrees Fahrenheit. [Corrective Action] Provide minimum hot water temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Warm water at the handwash sink was measured at 90 degrees Fahrenheit. [Corrective Action] Provide warm water at 100 - 108 degrees Fahrenheit.
