    Bags of flour observed stored directly on the floor in the "vault" room. [Corrective Action] Store all foods at least 6 inches above the floor.

    Hot water at all sinks were measured at 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Per operator, there was an issue with the electrical breaker and it was at the off mode. [Corrective Action] Ensure hot water is provided at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. [Suitable Alternative] Operator adjusted electrical breaker and re-measured hot water at 100 degrees Fahrenheit and rising.

    Cut winter melon in the vegetable case was measured at 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hot air blowing out from the refrigeration unit causing the right side of the vegetable case to be warmer than the left side.
