Food is served by the catering operation, per PIC. Facility is a risk category 1; scope of operation will be reviewed to determine proper risk category.

No hot water at the 3 comp sink. Engineers on site and were able to repair/turn on the hot water. Per PIC, 3 comp sink has it's own heater. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. [COS] Hot water of 122F was obtained at 3 comp sink.
