Spoke with someone on the phone who brings food over from ACHA. Person on phone stated that spam and rice finished cooking at 10:30am. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Spam and rice must be discarded at 2:30pm. Ensure that invoices are provided upon request for items for sale in facility from another permitted facility.

    Janitorial sink is completely blocked by boxes etc. Only able to observed the faucet. Mop bucket observed to be stored in restroom. [CA] Clear mop sink and ensure that it is in working order.
