    Observed one dead german cockroach on the floor, right of the 2-compartment sink. Observed one dead large cockroach on a sticky trap in the dry storage room under the shelf with canned tomato paste. No other evidence of vermin was observed. [CA] Keep facility clear of vermin. Work closely with professional pest control to address the issue.

    Observed the kitchen handsink's faucet was very loose. [CA] Repair faucet.

    Measured chlorine in the dishwasher to be 0ppm (dishwasher was run 3 times). Dishwasher was not being actively used. PIC stated she tested the concentration this morning and it read the correct concentration. [CA] Sanitize dishes with 50ppm chlorine if using the dishwasher. [SA] Dishes may be washed/rinsed in the dishwasher, but must be manually sanitized in the 2-compartment sink with 100ppm chlorine.
