Numerous cases of beverages maintained directly on the floor throughout facility. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.

Hot water at the two-compartment warewash sink and janitorial sink measured at 100F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. ** Repeat violation. Failure to provide adequate supply of hot water will result in closure of any opened food sales and prepackaging of food (ice).

Observed one can of jalapeños dented at the hermetic seal. [CA] Hermetically sealed items that are damaged at the seals shall be returned to vendor or discarded. [COS] Can was removed from sales floor.

Restrooms door maintained opened. [CA] Toilet rooms shall be separated by well-fitted, self-closing doors that prevent the passage of flies, dust, or odors.

Observed two live oriental cockroaches inside the two-compartment ware wash sink. [CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. A facility cannot operate if there is a vermin infestation that leads to contamination of food contact surfaces, packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food. The facility is required to cease operations immediately and must remain closed until all corrective actions on the provided checklist are completed. [COS] Cockroaches were abated.
