- K40: Wiping cloths: properly used, stored
Sanitizer bucket was measured at 50PPM at the time of inspection. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium). [COS] Employee changed out bucket and adjusted sanitizer (chlorine) within bucket. Re-measured at 100PPM.
- K30: Food storage: food storage containers identified
Food is being stored on the floor of the kitchen area at the time of inspection. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination. [COS] Employees moved food products to stainless steel table.
- K48: Plan review
Facility still have not submitted any plans into the department with regards to installing a hand wash and prep sink within facility. Permit was issued on the grounds that these items will be installed within the facility per inspection report dated (06/13/2024). [CA] A person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to starting any new construction or remodeling. Contact DEH at 408-918-3400 or at www.ehinfo.org to obtain plan check requirements. Facility has one month (12/6/25) to submit paper work. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.
