Follow-up for routine inspection conducted on 1/30/25. Verified that all major violations are still in compliance: - Potentially hazardous foods are measured at proper cold holding temperatures and not left out in room temperature. See measured observations. - Handwash sinks are not obstructed, easily acccessible, and able to provide warm water, soap, and single-use paper towels. The following minor violations was also observed to have been corrected. - Sanitizer test strips are available - Employee food handler cards and Food Safety Certificate are available for review. Facility's first routine inspection. Per operator, Facility did not open until December 27th, 2024 due to pending permits from the city for remodeling done to the dining area.

    Multiple spray bottles stored on cart located by ice machine are not labeled. [CA] Spray bottles used in a food facility shall be labeled to identify it's contents.

    Cases of raw shell eggs observed stored on the floor outside the walk-in cooler and measured at 64F. [CA] Potentially hazardous foods when holding shall either be cold held at or below 41F; or hot held at or above 135F. [COS] Employee relocated the eggs into the walk-in cooler.

[CA] All handwash sinks shall unobstructed, easily accessible, and able to provide warm water, soap, and single-use paper towels for employees to properly wash their hands when required. [COS] Employee relocated items obstructing the sink and refilled the soap and paper towels.
