The wiping towels were in about 400ppm chlorine. [CA] It must be at 100ppm chlorine. [COS] The employee corrected it to 100ppm.
- K27: Food separated and protected
Raw meat was stored over vegetables in the walk in refrigerator. [CA] Always store raw meat, seafood, and poultry below all other foods.
- K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals
- K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity
The inside of the freezer is soiled with food particles and spills. [CA] Clean and sanitize the inside of the freezer. The noodles are in a garbage receptacle. [CA] Discontinue use and replace it with a food grade approved container.

There are several brown paper bags full with seasoning mixture made by the facility. [CA] These seasonings must be stored in a food grad container with a lid.

Observed soiled cardboard used to line the shelf under the microwave. [CA] Remove the soiled cardboard. Discontinue using cardboard to line the shelves.
- K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing
Observed several personal belongings on shelves with restaurant items. [CA] Use the lockers for personal belongings.
- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
The ceiling above the hood has accumulated grease and dust and is beginning to fall off of the ceiling. [CA] Thoroughly clean the ceiling.
