[COS] Per operator square prepped pizzas are only available for during lunch time between 11AM and 2:30PM and then square pizzas are discarded.

    1) Observed a large fan was placed in front of the kitchen handsink, partially obstructing it. [CA] Do not place items in front of the handsink. Handsink must be easily accessible at all times. 2) Observed a bar of soap was located next to the rear handsink (a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser was also available). [CA] Discontinue using bar soap. Only liquid soap from a dispenser is approved.

    Observed employee rinsed her hands in the 3-compartment sink. [CA] Hands must be washed at the handsink. [COS] Employee washed hands at the handsink.
