    There are gaps above and below the screen door and the back door is often left open. [CA] Install a screen door that fits correctly or provide weather stripping to close the gaps above and below.

    The floor under most all equipment is soiled. The wall behind the boba maker is soiled. [CA] Thoroughly clean the floor and walls.

    Observed a cup with handle sroed in the sugar. [CA] If you would like to keep the scoop inside it must have a handle that is able to be stored in the food with the handle not touching the food.

    Observed the shelves and all equipment around the boba maker to be soiled. [CA] Thoroughly clean the equipment.
