1. Heavy dust accumulation on the ceiling near the vent in the oven room. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and maintain clean. 2. Damaged paint on the wall at the chicken seasoning station. [Corrective Action] Maintain wall in good condition.
Exposed rust and paint chipping away on metal cabinet next to the chicken seasoning station. [Corrective Action] Maintain cabinet in good condition.
